HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF ......... Here on the web

November 12, 1946 - A right of way for electric transmission line conveyed by Carmenne & George Poore, to Pacific Gas and Electric Company.  Location of said right of way is not described of record.

June 11, 1951, Right of way for general highway and traveling purposes conveyed by Carmenne Poore to the County of Calaveras.  We now know this as Rail Road Flat Road running through the ranch.
